Our commitment to sustainability dates back to 1885, with the invention of the first electric room thermostat.About this role:Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Service Team Leader BAS to lead a team of technicians.Your responsibilities will include:Focus on building automation equipmentSupporting daily operations for breakdowns and contract servicingSupervising and supporting a small team of Apprentices and Trades staffManaging contracts and related deliverablesQuoting and managing small projectsSystem diagnostics of BMS controls and HVAC systemsTroubleshooting, servicing, programming, inspection, and testing of BAS systemsMotivating the team to maintain and improve customer satisfactionMeeting with customers to review assignments and analyze problemsAs a Team Leader, you should handle ambiguity well and believe that the best work is done in teams. You manage multiple priorities through excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. You are intellectually curious, driving continual learning for yourself and your team.You understand that internal and external collaboration fosters improvement and best practices.
