The role involves sourcing products from local and overseas suppliers, with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.Reporting to the Aftermarket Inventory Supervisor, your responsibilities include:Ordering and stock checksInventory managementProcessing invoices and shipments, verifying costsFollowing up on outstanding ordersStock transfers and distributionArranging shipping and documentationManaging purchase orders with local and overseas suppliersAssisting sales staff and handling inquiriesDaily email correspondenceUsing Pronto softwareExperience with spare partsTeam collaborationRequired Skills and ExperienceHigh accuracy and attention to detailData analysis skillsExcellent time management and prioritizationProcurement experience and understanding of procurement practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookNational Police Certificate (Police Check) #J-18808-Ljbffr
