This position offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven education provider committed to making a real difference.Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the GOTAFE Board, you will operate at the centre of organisational leadership. Youll be trusted to manage sensitive matters with discretion, facilitate communication between the CEO, Board, and key external partners, ensuring the effective operation of the Office of the CEO. Your ability to exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality, and anticipate needs will be key to your success in this role.As the successful candidate you will have:A relevant degree or extensive experience in an executive administrative support role.Proven experience supporting executives and/or board in a professional setting.Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare high-quality reports and correspondence.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.High-level digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.A proactive and professional approach, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)A current Drivers Licence (Car).The salary range for this position is $95,154-$104,808 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.How to ApplyTo download the position description, apply for the role, or find more information, please visit our Careers Centre at www.gotafe.vic.edu.au/about-us/working-with-usA positive, supportive culture is the key to our ensuring our staff have everything they need to carry out their roles.
