Monadelphous is seeking an experienced E&I Planner to join our Gladstone Operations team based on Curtis Island, QLD.This role involves working Monday to Friday on a 9-day fortnight, on a permanent contract, providing specialist expertise in maintenance planning for Midstream operations, specifically around Electrical, Instrument, and Control systems. The goal is to ensure plant availability and drive reliability in line with maintenance management strategies.Benefits of working with Monadelphous include:Being home every night while living and working locallyOpportunities for growth and career developmentEngaging and diverse work across long-term contractsA culture that prioritizes safety and wellbeingKey responsibilities:Support equipment reliability according to maintenance strategiesPlan and prioritize E&I scope across Midstream OperationsManage Asset Event preparation and planning readinessDetermine the full extent of maintenance work for corrective/preventive activities on plant and equipmentCollaborate with production staff and maintenance supervisors to optimize planned maintenanceAssist maintenance schedulers in optimizing work listsMaintain accuracy of CMMS job plansWhat you will bring:Cert III in Electro Technology, Cert III in Instrumentation, EEHA Certification, and a current Electrical License recognized by the Queensland Electrical Licensing BoardExperience in the Oil and Gas industry in operations (highly regarded)Experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Maximo, SAP, or similarFamiliarity with work management systems and processesExperience planning for electric and engine-driven compression, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, power generation, water and pipeline infrastructure, and E&I Equipment (LV/HV)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proven track record of maintaining a safe working environmentProof of the right to work in AustraliaLife at Monadelphous:We celebrate diversity and shared values, committed to inclusion and equal opportunities.
