Job Description

We are looking for Product Designers who want to join our award-winning design practice as we partner and collaborate with our clients on projects and initiatives, delivering solutions that provide a best-in-class experience. What are the Responsibilities? Deliver end-state user experience definition Work through concept development and journey mapping Provide overall experience design for both short-term and long-term goals Create documentation of scenarios and UX flows Test concepts and flows Conduct workshops with your team and facilitate stakeholder review/testing of concepts Present to programme/executive teams and clients confidently What are the essential skills and qualifications? Senior level experience as a strong interaction designer Proficiency in rapid concept development and prototyping Experience with Sketch, Invision, Figma Knowledge of concepts, Forms Design Specification, and Interaction Design Specifications Ability to design Pitch Decks/Conversation Guides Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with executive team members Self-starter and excellent team player Observant, articulate, with a passion for attention to detail Why should you join Exco Partners?
