A team player with the ability to work independentlyYou enjoy working alongside others but also feel confident planning and managing your own caseload. Strong communication skills with big hearts and little onesYou can connect easily with children, families, and professionals, and youre comfortable communicating both in writing and in conversation. Experience with the NDIS (preferred but not essential)Familiarity with NDIS reporting, goal-setting, and family-centred practice is a bonus but support and guidance will be provided if youre still learning.
