This role offers the opportunity to sell an innovative range of Orthopaedic & Advanced Surgical products to call points including Orthopaedic & General Surgeons, as well as Private & Public Hospitals.Visit www.conmed.com to explore our exciting product range.This position is suited for a sales professional seeking high visibility within a growing organization, with experience in Surgical Devices and a passion for various Surgical Specialties.What Youll Do:Develop sales strategies for key accounts with support from Business Unit Directors and Marketing colleagues.Implement approved sales strategies effectively.Prepare customer proposals, including sales, contracts, pricing agreements, and consignments.Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests.Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business relationships.Support surgical cases and set up trials.Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers.Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.What Youll Bring:High energy, motivation, perseverance, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.At least 2 years of consistent quota achievement or top performance in Medical Device Sales, preferably in the Operating Theatre environment.Tenacity and focus on achieving goals.CONMED is committed to working collaboratively with our customers to improve healthcare.
