About the roleWe are looking for multiple Cellar Operators (permanent) to join our Barossa Cellar Operations team. Reporting to the Cellar Team Leader, this is an exciting role which will see you working in our state-of-the-art winery.Perform a variety of daily cellar operations to maintain high quality standardsOperate a range of equipment safely and efficiently to not only preserve, but also enhance cellar practicesWork and communicate with the cellar and winemaking teams to ensure product quality and production schedules are metReport food safety hazards and quality as noticed via the food safety and quality management system ensuring compliance with food safety standardsMaintain correct and accurate cellar operation records to advise of operations completedAbout youWe are open to you past experience as we are able to provide full training! The successful candidate/s will be motivated, reliable, passionate and can work well in a team environment.Please note that this is a shift-based role, with rosters rotating 24/5 with additional hours required from January to April (vintage period).
