The opportunity This is an entry-level position, suited to recent graduates or individuals with administrative or data entry experience, with potential for career development. You will assist our claims operations by processing activities such as registration of new claims, payments, reimbursements, and wages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders. Your story You are confident, well-organized, and proactive, with proficiency in technology and Microsoft products. Your attention to detail and customer service skills are vital. You thrive on routine, maintain high standards, and contribute positively to a team environment. Experience with Figtree is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided. Why us?
