About the Location Nestled between Victorias Surf Coast and the swimming beaches of Port Phillip Bay, Ingenia Holidays Swan Bay is situated on the shore of Swan Bay, with direct access to the boat ramp and jetty, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. The park features outdoor sports facilities including two pools, a driving range, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a large off-leash pet area, proudly pet-friendly all year round. About The Role We are seeking a friendly and professional housekeeping attendant to join our Holiday Park. This casual position offers the potential for additional hours during peak periods. Responsibilities Clean rooms and other areas to meet health and guest standards. Transport linen, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies to work areas. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Ensure appliances are clean and functioning properly. Remove expired food from refrigerators. Replenish supplies in rooms and other areas. Disinfect equipment and supplies. Follow safety precautions, report damages, thefts, or lost articles to the Site Manager. Keep storage areas organized, clean, and well-stocked. Work collaboratively in a team, demonstrating excellent customer service skills to guests. About You Practical experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles. Experience in a similar industry preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service skills. Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
