Communicate outside capabilities to appropriate tradespeople or the Assistant Maintenance Manager, and follow up until resolved.Work on a rotating basis as the Shift Operator.Log all defects and repairs performed.Assist other departments or their representatives as needed.Communicate urgent or dangerous facility issues to the Maintenance Manager.Respond promptly to calls for assistance and document actions taken.Ensure public areas are clean, safe, and equipment is operational.Maintain personal grooming standards as per hotel policy.Foster harmonious relationships within the service team.Comply with all operational policies and procedures.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Protect and maintain all operating equipment.Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned.Attend scheduled meetings and participate in training sessions.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.Adhere to all workplace health and safety guidelines (WH&S). #J-18808-Ljbffr
