The college invests in a technology-rich educational environment to enhance learning for both students and teachers.We invite you to learn more about our College and Culture to see if you align with our vision.About you and the roleWe are seeking a Full-Time Learning Enrichment Teacher Aide (Maternity Leave Cover until the end of 2025), to start as soon as possible. The role involves supporting the Learning Enrichment Team by:Assisting in delivering evidence-based intervention programs, including MultiLit and other literacy and numeracy support initiatives, working closely with students to improve foundational skills and meet academic milestones.Working with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and ensure understanding of key concepts, while supporting classroom teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment.Collaborating with teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that address individual student needs, including differentiation and inclusive practices.Communicating regularly with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment K-12 regarding student progress and intervention adjustments, and participating in team meetings to share best practices.Providing direct learning support across all grade levels (K-12), addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted strategies.Supporting students in developing positive behaviors, self-regulation, and emotional resilience, including in online learning contexts.Participating in the collection of the Nationally Consistent Collection Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD).About YouYou have an active Christian faith.You possess a suitable qualification.You hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.BenefitsWork with an authentic Christian team.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP).WHEREFIT fitness and wellbeing benefits.Be part of a faith community sharing regular devotions and prayer.Opportunities to grow in faith, skills, and experience.Canteen & Cafe facilities.On-site staff parking.Salary packaging options. #J-18808-Ljbffr
