We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to lead our brand new Retail Team towards success.The PositionAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and that business objectives are achieved.The PersonDemonstrated previous leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm, and passion.Experience in preparing rosters and achieving labour budgets.An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.Confidence with Microsoft Office programs and IT systems.Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flair for merchandising.An organised approach to managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner, allowing you to analyse, respond, and drive your business.Ability to delegate whilst being actively hands-on.You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and can work autonomously.Why join usLindt is an energising place to work, full of passionate people.
