Leadership Development FacilitatorSalary Circa 80,000This role is ideal for someone passionate about facilitating and coaching within team or programme settings. You should have a background in leadership or team development, gained as a consultant or in-house specialist, and be qualified to use a range of tools and techniques that provide insights to individuals and teams to support their development.About the job:You will facilitate a mix of live and virtual workshops, primarily from our core and new leadership development programmes, engaging participants across Aviva with varying leadership experience.
