The Opportunity:Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO of HIAIS, providing diary management, inbox control and document preparation support whilst being a key business partner to broader internal stakeholders and managing key external relationships.Key responsibilities will include:Proactive diary management and scheduling, coordinating domestic and international travel, expense management and a variety of ad-hoc administrative tasksInbox control including responding to correspondence, email prioritisation and flagging important items for critical reviewEnsuring CEO is equipped with all documentary information and briefed fully before meetingsManaging access to your CEO in a professional and respectful mannerStakeholder engagement to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained both internally and externallyWorking alongside/filtering information through to Administrative Executives nationally & ensure all AEs are appropriately educated in system changes and/or changes within the businessCoordination of reporting and systems by sourcing relevant information and engaging with other teamsAbout you:This position will suit a highly motivated and experienced EA.
