Job DescriptionWe are seeking Full-Time Senior Lounge Runner to join our team and provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all lounge guests. Our roles focus on exciting guests with flair and enthusiasm while demonstrating a genuine passion for customer service.Essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to:Lead and motivate the team, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, to deliver excellent customer service. This involves training, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.Ensure guests have an outstanding experience by responding to their needs, handling complaints efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.Ensure the team follows health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including responsible service of alcohol where applicable.Ensure accuracy in ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.Clear and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of service areas.Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.Explain menu options to guests, assist those with dietary needs, and recommend beverages in a timely manner.Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and supporting WHS practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
