This role may requireinterstate trips across Australia and New Zealandto support growth and train teams.Whats in it for you?Competitive salary +super + petrol/car allowance + phoneThe opportunity toshape the look and feel of an iconic brandAfast-paced, high-energy teamwhere your ideas matterCareer progression with a business thatsalways evolvingWhat Youll Be Doing:Create & execute seasonal VM plans that drive sales and brand impact.Own the in-store & window presentation standards to ensure we always look sharp.Lead VM direction & guidelines for each season, including major sale launches Outlet & concession stores.Work alongside our retail leaders to tailor strategies that make sense for each region.Manage fixture audits, allocations & signage distribution to keep stores on-brand and cost-efficient.Coordinate new store openingsfrom layouts to execution, youll have a hand in everything.Regularly visit stores to assess VM execution, provide training, and refine strategies.Train & develop store teams to build VM capability across all locations.What Were Looking For:At least 2 years of VM experience in a high-profile, high-volume retail environment.Akeen eye for detailwith a commercial mindsetyour VM skills should drive sales, not just aesthetics!A naturalleader & mentorwho can inspire teams and get them excited about VM.Strong communication skillsclear, direct, and able toinfluence at all levels.Ability towork independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Strongorganizational & problem-solving skillsyou thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail world.Must bebased in Sydneyand open to travel acrossAU & NZ.How We Measure Success (KPIs):Consistentsales growthin VM-supported stores.Anoticeable lift in salesin underperforming/focus stores.Flawless execution of world-class VM standards in all locations.A strongVM cultureacross regions, ensuring brand consistency.Ready to Make an Impact?If youre passionate aboutvisual storytelling, sales-driven merchandising, and training teams to be the best, this is the role for you.
