Responsibilities include: Providing high-standard assessments, psychological, counselling, and therapeutic interventions Opportunities to run group programs Liaising and working with internal and external stakeholders The Senior Mental Health Clinician will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to a small team of clinicians, with internal clinical escalation pathways. Requirements Must have one of the following: General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker Advanced knowledge and skills in contemporary clinical practice Extensive experience providing clinical services to young people (12-25 years) Understanding of mental health systems and programs in community settings Interpersonal skills to work sensitively with individuals at risk of or experiencing mental illness Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills Support the Clinical Manager in team processes and service delivery within a trauma-informed framework Must be eligible for a Blue Card and willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance Stride is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable people.
