The Iconic Cock & Bull Tavern is searching for enthusiastic and customer-focused self-starting Duty Managers & Gaming Attendants. Experience is highly recommended, but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidates. Successful applicants will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility. Duty Manager Skills and Experiences We Are Looking For: A passion for the industry A can-do and positive attitude Enjoys working in a team environment and leading from the front Exceptional customer service and presentation skills Ability to work well under pressure Hands-on management of the venue, including daily operations Holds current RSA, RSG & RMLV certificates or is willing to obtain an Approved Managers License Gaming Attendant Skills and Experiences We Are Looking For: Current RSG certificate Ability to provide pleasant and respectful service to patrons Prior experience in a similar role is highly regarded Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of all aspects of QLD Gaming Ability to work independently with good time management Outgoing personality to facilitate fun promotions Bright and bubbly personality, good presentation, excellent customer skills, and a strong work ethic We look forward to hearing from you!
