You will embody the Bacardi Family culture, building strong partnerships with customers and working with the On-Trade sales team to achieve success. Your role involves executing sales strategies and managing relationships across various outlet types and management levels, requiring agility, discipline, and effective priority management to position Bacardi-Martini Australia as a preferred partner.Key Responsibilities:Champion customer relationships within your territory.Ensure activation and executional excellence.Advocate key brands effectively.Manage territory planning and administration efficiently.Achieve sales driver targets as per the ''Picture of Success.''Drive net sales revenue growth aligned with national growth targets.Enhance executional excellence through scorecard metrics.Implement and review territory journey plans regularly.Succeed in sourcing new business aligned with set targets.Qualifications & Skills:Previous FMCG sales experience (preferred but not essential).Connection with the local hospitality scene (preferred but not essential).Strong planning, negotiation, and enthusiasm.Proficiency in computer skills and administration.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.Current Australian Drivers License and RSA.Resilience, self-motivation, initiative, and confidence in idea championing.Salary: AUD 80,000-90,000 plus bonus, tool of trade vehicle.Leadership Attributes:Belonging, Self-Awareness, People and Results Agility, Mental and Change Agility.We value diversity and promote a fair, inclusive working environment.
