Five simple Employee Value Proposition (EVP) values that guide our behaviour, inform our decisions, and help us do what we do, in a way that is authentically us.Think big, aim high!Lift those around youReal meaning, actual changeBe you.About the roleAim:The Data & Technology Team seeks to deliver high quality relevant data and robust systems to capture data and deliver insights and training to understand best use of data to support the Foundation.The Database Project Support Admin will support the effective delivery of SCHFs CRM upgrade to NP Cloud to ensure best practice in donor acquisition, fundraising and stewardship, and supporter engagement. They will provide functionality and integration expertise to support seamless transition to NP Cloud. They will provide support and assist with data migration.Responsibilities:Project Delivery: Collaborate with Data & Tech, Individual Giving, Digital Marketing, Supporter Care to ensure the new system meets their needs.Assist with NP Cloud set up and field definitionsAssist with validation and checking new Object creationAssist with testing FLOW automationHelp ensure optimisation of NP CloudCheck Data Loads tools such as Skyvia and Data Loader are functional and rebuild templates for loadsIntegrations:Assist with mapping system integrations, ensuring smooth connectivity between NP Cloud and other data systemsProvide guidance on CRM integration to Marketing Cloud, ensuring smooth connectivity between NP Cloud and MCTesting of all mapping and integrations with these systems and portalsVault (back up) set upMobile Gift App payment testing end to endDataLake / PowerBI synch testing and data validationDataro fields synch reviewDynamics synch testing and data validationFunraisin synch testing and data validationGrassrootz / Move Data synch testing and data validationGalabid / Zapier synch testing and data validationGetFeedback Donor surveys synch testing and data validationData Migration:Assist with preparing data migration loadsEnsure the migration of donor and supporter data is accurate and complete and align with Foundation needsAssist with data validationAssist with set up and testing Data validation toolsRequirements and Qualifications:Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience in Salesforce administration and system management, and integrations.Project Involvement: Proven experience in supporting on a successful CRM or system projects, preferably with experience in NP Cloud or similar platforms.Data Management: Expertise in data migration, data quality assurance, and system optimization.Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear guidance throughout project delivery.Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud: Experience in marketing / data cloud administration and system management, and integrations.At least 2 years in a data or technology team requiring a technical acumenDemonstrated experience in a technology or data role, in a commercial or not-for-profit setting, with evidenced ability to maintain donor systemsFunctional / Technical Skills & Competencies:NP Cloud Salesforce Trailhead quick look certificates in Salesforce for Nonprofits Basics; Nonprofit Cloud for Fundraising; Nonprofit Cloud for Programs and Case Management; Outcome Management; Grant making; Stakeholder ManagementDeep knowledge of Salesforce and other platforms such as Ortto or Marketing Cloud, Funraisin.Proven ability to problem solve and understand system connectivity methodsHigh level of autonomy and independence and demonstrated high standards of integrity, ethics, data privacy, judgement and confidentiality.Strong networking and interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to develop productive, results-focused and effective working relationships.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ready to join a passionate team that makes a real impact on children''s health? We''re looking for a talented Project Salesforce Administrator on a fixed term 6-month contract to support the effective delivery of SCHFs CRM upgrade as we prepare for an exciting phase of organisational growth with some ambitious fundraising goals. Together, we can create a brighter future for children''s health.Our Proposal to You:In this 6-month full time fixed term contract role we will offer a competitive FTE annual pro-rata salary of up to $85,000 plus super for this position.
