This role is ideal for professionals looking to share their expertise in the management and operations of libraries and information agencies. Lecturers at TAFE SA play a vital role in shaping the future workforce by providing students with specialised skills and knowledge to excel in public, special, school, and academic libraries.To be successful in this role, you will have:Strong expertise in Library and Information Services and a passion for teaching.Desirable experience in developing and delivering high-quality training programs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and support diverse student cohorts.Knowledge of library operations, research methodologies, cataloguing, and information literacy.Relevant qualifications in Library and Information Services or a related field.A certificate in TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.TAFE SA is now inviting applications from suitable candidates, in line with the selection criteria outlined within the Role Descriptorand Industry Addendum.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
