Job responsibilities Your PurposeTo be our Maison''s ultimate ambassador, connecting with every client and taking them on a journey through our history, creative directors, codes, products, and new seasonal launches. You will leverage the magic of DIOR to build client loyalty through your welcoming approach and ability to build rapport and understand client needs. This will help grow your sales and client list continuously. Profile To Be Successful In This Role You Will Demonstrate enthusiasm in achieving sales targets and KPIs Build relationships and foster client brand loyalty Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales and boutique objectives Serve as a role model by showcasing exceptional client service, selling techniques, and product knowledge Support and coach new team members for seamless integration Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Be self-motivated, well-organized, and a team player Maintain high resilience, work under pressure, and keep a fast pace Be passionate about fashion and dedicated to working with people This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our new Perth boutique.
