Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), were a leading commercial, rural and personal lines insurer and a top-three provider of workers compensation insurance.Your RoleAs a Team Leader across Workers Compensation Claims, youll effectively lead a team of people to manage a portfolio of claims in the WCRS Supported claims segments. Youll manage the teams workflow and coaching to ensure the team deliver an exceptional customer service experience to our insured and internal and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on strategic claims and financial risk management, this plays a pivotal role in the optimisation of health outcomes for injured workers with more complex claims.This is a 612-month max term contract based in Perth.
