Job Description: Service Delivery Management: Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Support and Collaboration: Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups. Facility and Operations Management: Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc. Financial Activities: Performs a variety of financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives. Customer Relations: Responsible for retaining and strengthening customer relationships, which may include face-to-face customer service. Operational Improvements: Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation. Support to Locations: May provide support to field stocking locations (FSL), agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network. Equipment Operation: May operate powered industrial equipment. Expertise and Supervision: Provides specific functional expertise, typically acquired through university education and experience. May supervise others in a "player coach" capacity but primarily focuses on individual expertise. Knowledge Application: Applies working knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the job discipline. Performs routine assignments, resolves common issues, and proposes solutions based on analysis. Impact and Collaboration: Impacts the quality of own work and team outputs, shares factual information, and receives regular guidance. Career Level: Entry-level to UPSs professional career track, typically requiring a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
