While our broader team spans enterprise technology operations, support, cybersecurity, and risk, this role focuses on core IT operationswith hands-on support, break/fix work, and meaningful contributions to enterprise and departmental IT enhancements.Our IT and Security Operations team also plays an active role in DevOps and InfraOps initiativescontributing to tooling, automation, and the foundations that enable engineering velocity and operational excellence.You wont just keep the lights on.
