About The Opportunity Were seeking a passionate and self-motivated Electrical Assembly Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield. Key Responsibilities Oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of automated gate systems and boom gates, typically assembled in small batches. Perform control and PLC wiring. Commission gate motor mechanisms to ensure proper functionality. Develop and maintain work instructions and quality assurance documentation. Conduct technical repairs on operating equipment. Perform test and tag procedures for on-site electrical equipment. Collaborate proactively as a key member of a small, dedicated team. Handle manual tasks related to assembly. Skills And Experience Required An A-grade electrical qualification is essential. A current forklift license is advantageous. Familiarity with working within a Quality Assured system is required. A solid understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to safety at all times. At least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting preferred, with a desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
