Youll be responsible for:Auditing and mapping complex business workflows across sales, onboarding, fulfilment, and retentionDesigning clean, scalable system logic - no brittle hacks or tangled zapsWorking across tools like Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Make.com, Zapier, Stape, Google Sheets, and moreAI & Automation EngineeringBuilding GPT-based flows using OpenAI API, Claude, or custom-trained modelsCreating retrieval-augmented generation pipelines (RAG) using embedded knowledge basesWriting custom scripts to connect APIs and trigger workflows where no plug-and-play tool existsCreating micro-apps, agents, and utilities that solve real problems for consulting and service businessesBuilding dashboards, dynamic logic routers, webhook triggers, serverless functions, and async queuesImplementing failover logic, logging, permissions, rate limit management, and data sync integrityStrategic DeploymentWorking directly with the Director, Strategists, and Project Leads to convert business problems into automation blueprintsLeading solution discovery calls with clients when needed (you''re not client-facing by default, but you''re credible when pulled in)Prototyping quickly - then scaling with stability, documentation, and long-term viabilityThe Ideal CandidateYou''re a systems-native operator with a strong dev background.
