You will play a crucial role in enhancing project oversight and accountability, and provide critical advice and recommendations on risk and compliance matters, ensuring all project activities align with Netwealth''s risk taxonomy and appetites.Key responsibilities include conducting thorough risk assessments, supporting incident and breach management, and maintaining a comprehensive risk profile for the project. You will also oversee assurance engagements to provide stakeholders with confidence in the project''s progress and compliance with best practices.Additionally, you will be responsible for challenging and overseeing risk-taking activities, integrating risk management into change processes, and providing detailed reports to Committee and Board members on risk status, incidents, and overall project progress.About youWe are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Senior Risk Manager who can manage project risk, engage with stakeholders, and present to Boards. Ideally you will have experience in large tech projects or from a Big4 background, and have been instrumental in maturing risk and change processes as part of project deliverables.Specifically, skills and experience include.Extensive experience in risk management, preferably within a financial services or technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.Proven ability to operate in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to provide independent oversight and challenge risk-taking activities effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Life At NetwealthAt Netwealth, people are our core strength, and we invest in our employees no matter what stage of life they are in.
