Join us and accept the challenge of creating a better tomorrow.Reporting to theManaged Services Solutions and Offerings Lead , the function of the Capability Architect role is to provide architectural leadership in the development of new Solutions and Capability within the NCS Australia Managed Services division.You will work closely with the Managed Services Delivery and Solution and Offerings teams to develop, construct and meet the deliverables as outlined in the business requirements for each initiative. You will also be working with different constructor teams and BUs to ensure that those discrete deliverables meet and conform to the overall design.Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be a point engagement of for the Sales and Delivery organisations and will be required to assist to develop and grow the business to ensure that it will generate significant new revenues at attractive margins and has new capabilities which differentiate it within the marketplace. There will be a requirement to work in collaboration with other Practice leads and with other functional areas within the business to develop solutions consisting of multiple adjacent and foundation technologies.Previous experience in developing standardised products and capabilities is highly desirable, particularly coupled with experience in developing customer facing standard pricing and marketing collateral.The position holder must have a strong background in the areas of information technology, applications and implementation/migration issues across a range of industries and markets.The role also entails moderate business analysis skills, as well as an understanding of the drivers and dynamics of product and service delivery. The role will work on a few projects in parallel, specifying processes, policy, procedure and work instructions. The role will be primarily focused on operationalizing products and capabilities to support the product road map by delivering artifacts required for each stage of the customer journey.Capability Design:Supporting the NCS Australia Managed Services presales organizations in addressing new Managed Services Opportunities.Capability Lifecycle:Supporting the lifecycle management of NCS Australia Managed Services Solutions and Capabilities.Innovation:Support to develop the Managed Services Solutions and Offerings Innovation Roadmap including contributing to the creation and maintenance of customer demonstration and customer show cases.This is a challenging role that requires technical knowledge in one or more of the following ICT products and solutions arears:Datacenter Infrastructure Services, Switching, Server, Storage, Virtualization & Data ProtectionPublic Cloud IaaS Solutions (AWS, Azure & GCP)Managed Data Services, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, DatabricksSecurity ServicesEmerging BusinessQualificationsStrong experience in successfully architecting and the delivery of complex, integrated IT Solutions in Telecommunications & ICTStrong demonstrable experience of developing and implementing complex ICT solution across multiple ICT disciplinesUnderstanding of the unique requirements for Enterprise and Government customer use of leading-edge ICT technologiesKnowledge of infrastructure components, Software defined X services, virtualization & Cloud technologies, middleware and Operational support systemsProven track record of building repeatable managed services offeringsExperience in relationship management at the executive levelSkilled in matrix management & virtual teaming with a strong ability to motivate staff & collaborate with other members of the management teamPrevious experience in packaging practical Technology Solutions offerings and successfully taking them to marketPrevious experience working with key stakeholders and parterres to deliver industry demonstrations and show cases.Excellent understanding of global emerging technology trends and what could be relevant to the APAC market.Ability to work key stakeholders to conceptualise, design and stand up cutting edge capability demonstration and show casesAdvanced Enterprise Architecture Skills across all NCS Australias current and emerging Cloud, Data Centre, Data, Security and AI capabilities.Excellent understanding of delivering soloutioins and capabilitys for government customers to a protected classification.Additional InformationWhy join us:At NCS Australia, you''ll be part of a team that values your growth and development.
