Key responsibilities: Lead all operational and strategic aspects of the business Manage event delivery, including motorsport, commercial and community events Build and lead a capable internal team and support network Develop and implement a clear business growth strategy, including commercial partnerships and programming Establish One Raceway as a distinctive and compelling brand in the market Oversee marketing direction, with a focus on creative digital and social campaigns Engage with stakeholders including sponsors, community groups, regulators and government partners What were looking for: A driven, entrepreneurial leader with business management experience A background in venue, event or experience-based businesses preferred A strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset someone who builds and delivers A natural communicator and team builder A passion for sport, community engagement and innovative business models Experience in motorsport is a bonus but enthusiasm is essential Location & Commitment: Based in Goulburn , or within easy reach fromSydney or Canberra .
