Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the MSP''s IT strategy, aligning with the company''s overall business goals and market trends. Identify technology opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client value proposition. Winning new business: drive strategic growth, secure key partnerships, and expand market impact Conduct market analysis to stay updated on emerging technologies and potential disruptions. Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and technology requirements. Proactively communicate with clients regarding service updates, potential issues, and upcoming technology advancements. Negotiate service contracts and manage renewals.: Manage the MSP''s IT infrastructure, cloud, network infrastructure, and security systems. Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals across different service areas (network engineers, security analysts, system administrators). Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, Head of IT or IT Director within an MSP or enterprise IT environment. Strong technical background with expertise in Azure, Cisco networking, VMware, and M365. Demonstrated ability to work closely with solution architects and technical teams. Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach. Business development experience, with the ability to engage clients, articulate solutions, and drive new opportunities.
