About Us Bunbury Geographe CCI has been at the heart of Bunburys business landscape since 1897. Today, we proudly represent over 450 businessesfrom large corporations to small enterprisesworking alongside CCIWA and Regional Chambers of Commerce WA to advocate for more than 10,000 businesses across Western Australia. As the voice of the business community, we drive economic development, influence policy, and provide essential resources to help businesses thrive. Our Chamber fosters collaboration, innovation, and capability-buildingand were looking for a results-driven CEO to take us into the future. About the Role This is an exciting, high-profile leadership opportunity for a strategic and influential executive. As CEO, you will shape the regions business landscape by driving membership growth, securing financial sustainability, and positioning Bunbury Geographe CCI as a leader in economic advocacy. Youll work closely with the President and Executive Committee to implement our strategic vision, ensuring Bunbury Geographe CCI delivers high-value services, advocacy, and partnerships that benefit businesses of all sizes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Implement and drive the strategic vision in collaboration with the Executive Committee. Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement Champion the interests of our members and foster relationships across business, government, and industry. Financial & Operational Management Ensure the Chambers long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence. Brand & Membership Growth Elevate the Chamber''s presence and expand our membership base through compelling engagement and value-driven initiatives. Team Leadership Inspire, develop, and empower a high-performing professional team. About You You are a proven leader with a passion for business development and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the corporate and government sectors. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Key Attributes: Inspirational leadership with the ability to create a high-performance culture. Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and advocacy. Financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and sustainability. Exceptional communication and public-speaking skills, with confidence in media, public forums, and executive discussions. Experience in governance, operational management, and business development.
