Your responsibilities include motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.Note: Fluency in spoken Arabic is required to work closely with Arabic-speaking clients and assist them in accessing employment services and navigating the job placement process.Requirements:Experience within the Employment Services industry is essential.Relevant experience in customer service, sales, contact centres, or recruitment will be advantageous.Proven success in target-driven environments is critical.A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to employment.
