ABOUT YOU: Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet the highest standards. Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use. Ensuring all access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling clean. Treating our brand-new equipment with respect to keep it gleaming. Working with the chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations before and after service. Assisting the Purchasing department with deliveries and stock management.
