About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader Workforce Australia, your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will meet specific targets and provide tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing support to your client group. Requirements Experience within the Employment Services industry is essential. Relevant experience in customer service, sales, contact centres, or recruitment will be advantageous. Proven success in target-driven environments is critical. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access government data related to the role. About You You will be committed to making a difference by connecting and supporting clients into sustainable employment. You should be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or related fields. Problem-solving, goal-setting, and a good understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are also important. Adaptability and resilience are key traits to manage diverse needs of job seekers and employers, balancing empathy, dignity, and respect while achieving positive outcomes.
