The Role: Our Reservations Team supports our portfolio of eight distinctive hotels in Australia, where our differences are celebrated. The team is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for customers booking our hotels via direct inbound telephone calls, emails, and webchat, utilizing excellent service and negotiation skills to convert sales and enhance customer engagement. Responsibilities include: Inputting all hotel reservations from customers efficiently and accurately, both online and offline. Processing group and individual bookings, requests, and payment schedules accurately. Engaging with customers to enhance service, promote upgrades, and increase sales. About you: We offer a casual position with consistent full-time hours, ideally for at least six months. We seek a friendly, customer-focused individual with excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Experience in hotel operations or reservations is preferred, along with strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to stay organized. Availability Monday to Friday (full-time) and occasional weekends. Ability to work collaboratively in a success-oriented environment. Experience with multiple and complex IT booking systems. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Previous sales-based customer service experience is advantageous.
