Townsville projects team Construction & remediation projects Permanent role with a strong pipeline of future works THE ROLE Responsible for managing multiple building, refurbishment, and remediation projects. Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion. Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements. Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project. Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors. Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings. Provide advice on technical and engineering issues. Liaise closely with the client to ensure the project runs to schedule. Involvement with tendering and estimation. Create and modify ITPs and SWMS. Raise RFIs and track responses. About You Experience in mining, plant maintenance, and shutdowns. A minimum of 5 years on-site management experience. Ability to coordinate and deliver complex shutdown works. Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities. A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety. Strong commercial acumen.
