We operate with state-of-the-art equipment, maintaining high safety standards. We are seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on our fleet of Dash 8 aircraft and customer aircrafts, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations.Responsibilities include:Performing maintenance tasks in accordance with certification systems, safety, and quality standards.Carrying out rectification, servicing, and maintenance of QantasLink aircraft and equipment.To be considered for this role, you will have:A current CASA B2 LAME qualification with experience in Heavy/Line Maintenance as an AME or LAME.B2 LAME, type rated on Dash 8-400 or A220 preferred but not essential.Proven leadership abilities, effective supervision, coaching, and motivation skills.Excellent time management and adaptability to change.Strong commercial awareness and commitment to safety and quality.Problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.Effective communication skills across all levels of staff and customers.Thorough understanding of Qantas maintenance procedures and quality requirements.Why Qantas?Join a team that encourages creativity and passion.
