By keeping those relationships strong and processes running smoothly, were able to maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers.About the roleYou will be working within the Fresh portfolio to deliver ongoing supply chain solutions and support, alongside managing a group of high-profile suppliers to ensure strong in-store and online availability!This role is also charged with driving end to end optimisation of supply chain for the category by identifying and delivering efficiencies and cost reduction.As a Supply Planner, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to solve supply network operational issues across distribution and transport.Youll also: Partner with internal logistics teams to deliver supply performance KPIs and prepare contingency plans in the event of unknown supply delays. Manage and be accountable for a growing business function with significant spend, delivering aggressive targeted reductions year on year. Support the delivery of key projects by providing ongoing Supply Chain management support and insights across multiple stakeholders Influence and work cross functionally with distribution centres, transport providers and supply chain operations to help improve service levels. Proactively seek and identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain and manage the implementation of initiatives.About you and your skillsYou will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to solve supply network operational issues across distribution and transport.
