The team are friendly and welcomingYou will work with an astute local management team who have many years experience working in the NSW marketplaceThe PositionReporting into the NSW General Manager and national MD you will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 projects (with full teams) whilst running your own project with a site team reporting into you. You will join another Construction Manager and oversee projects valued from $10M- $40M within the educational and hospitality space.You will have full responsibility for procurement and methodology, program and budgeting, project reporting to senior management and being the go-to person to resolve any issues on site with clients and subbies as required.
