And while they go after their goals, you can too. As the Business Manager, you''ll provide trusted advice and support to the Chief Member Experience Officer (CMXO) and the Members business area. This will see you handle key operational and strategic matters, acting as a strategic partner, connector, and conduit between employees, senior leaders, executives, and key stakeholders. You''ll also work closely with the Members leadership team and other Business Managers across the organisation.Day to day, you''ll:Act as a trusted advisor to the CMXO, managing their agenda and handling enquiries.Prepare communications, coordinate sensitive activities, and represent the CMXO at key engagements.Lead quarterly town halls, drive team engagement initiatives, and develop internal communications.Support leadership team meetings and ensure effective meeting cadence.Liaise between the CMXO and stakeholders, manage board requests, and prepare board papers and presentations.Review submissions to ensure alignment with strategy and build strong cross-functional relationships.Identify and address roadblocks, drive efficiency in workflows, and assist in organising team resources.Provide insights into risks and opportunities, lead special projects, and support budget and risk processes.Develop a people action plan and drive integration, change, and improvement initiatives.This role is a permanent opportunity based in Brisbane or Sydney.About youIt goes without saying you''ll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
