At PIM, we believe that collaboration is key, working alongside our clients as an extension of their team, pushing the limits to deliver creativity that counts.PIM Group is looking for an Account Manager to fill an integral role and join our growing team of fun, loyal and collaborative team of Pimsters.Primary FunctionsUnder the direction of a Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director you will serve as the day-to-day contact across a portfolio of clients. You will ensure your clients derive maximum value from our services and manage the delivery of all client requirements ensuring the client feels updated, clear and confident with progress.You will be confident working at a fast pace across multiple projects, whilst always maintaining a can-do attitude, attention to detail and an appetite to succeed.In this role, your sound event and experiential marketing experience will be just as important as your skills in client relationship building and management. You will be a highly motivated individual, who thrives best when they are part of a team. You enjoy working collaboratively and you recognise the value and responsibility of working in a team as you seek to maintain and build effective relationships both internally and externally.In this role you will be confident to deliver and manage medium to large-scale projects, supporting the delivery and execution of a variety of projects including immersive brand experiences, pop up installations, sponsorship activations, venue take overs, on premise activations, brand launches, conferences and more. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivery of events and experiential activations in line with PIM standards, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.You will be a gun with event logistics and planning, process and documentation, confident in overseeing detailed production and builds, and have the ability to successfully bring our creative concepts to life on time, quality and budget.Daily TasksClient Relationship Management: Act as the point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships. Understand their objectives, needs, and preferences, and work with your team to proactively provide innovative solutions to exceed their expectations.Account Management: Ensure all client deliverables, including event proposals, contracts, creative and budgets, are accurately prepared, approved, and executed within established timelines. Participate and support with pitch design and development where required.Creative Management: Provide input creatively and complete design briefs on assigned projects that require working with 3D or graphic design to ensure the creative vision is aligned with client expectations.Custom build: Develop bespoke custom build items for small and large scale activations. Working with our creative team and key suppliers to conceptualise, design and fully execute items.Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, AV production, runsheets, catering, and onsite coordination. Ensure seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to guarantee flawless event experiences.Budget Management: Assist the team with event budgets. Ownership of smaller event budgets.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of event concepts.Onsite event management: Extensive work onsite pre and during events/projects, leading the onsite team including casual staff/laborers and suppliersPost-Event Evaluation: Work with the team to conduct post-event evaluations, analysing client feedback and event metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.
