We are currently seeking a dynamic Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our Used vehicle department. You will be responsible for leading our sales team, managing stock, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, reconditioning, and pricing of used vehicles. Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team, managing sales inquiries. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. Operational Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with dealership policies and regulations. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to foster high performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales, specifically in Used Vehicle Sales/Management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of vehicle appraisal and pricing strategies.
