Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic & dynamic Account Receivable Officer & General Cashier to join our fun team at Manly Pacific. This is a Full-Time Role. Responsibilities include: Ensuring all payments by Cash/Cheque/COBO/TT are posted and reconciled accurately and promptly. Reconciling credit card postings and payments. Reviewing charge-backs from credit card companies and alerting the Credit Department. Checking all Waivers and Late Charges requests for accuracy before forwarding to the Financial Controller for approval. Checking all invoices and billings before mailing out. Attending to guests inquiries on billings and charges. Ensuring AR Aging matches the General Ledger. Ensuring TA commission and Credit Card outstanding amounts are forwarded to the GL for accruals. Responsibility for cash drop balancing and reconciliation. Supervising hotel cash on hand floats. Qualifications What we are looking for: Legal right to work in Australia. Previous experience in accounts receivable and as a cashier for at least one year is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
