We are proud to be driving a program that delivers positive environmental, social and economic impacts, and were continuing to invest in innovative solutions that ensure all can access the benefits Containers for Change brings.Job DescriptionThe Role: Due to ongoing growth, we are excited to introduce a newly created role Acquisition Lead Property on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to our Manager Acquisition, youll play a key part in driving the expansion of our container collection network by identifying and securing new host sites and operators across QLD. This newly created role plays a key part in building a pipeline of commercial opportunities. Youll take the lead on identifying and securing new operators and host sites for container collection infrastructure, particularly in high-priority areas. In the role you will:Lead engagement across the QLD business community in line with COEX growth strategies.Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline to bring new partners and operators into the scheme.Identify and secure new host site opportunities.Collaborate with charities, community groups, and social enterprises to expand the schemes reach and social impact.Work with town planners, real estate professionals, and local governments to secure and develop new collection sites.Monitor and report on project status, performance and milestones.Prepare high-quality presentations, reports and briefing notes for senior executives.Who You Are: Our values - Be proactive, Value others, Work together, Contribute positively and Be transparent are at the heart of our exceptional culture, so were looking for team members who not only share them, but eager to be part of a team that brings them to life.
