Job Description Lead a commercial team and direct the business to position the hotel in front of the right guests at the right time with products they love. Main Accountabilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the hotel with a particular focus on maximizing Room, F&B and ancillary revenue through the transient leisure and MICE market segments. Deliver clear communication and direction to all business stakeholders through a framework of Data, Insights and Action. Using data as the foundation, have complete understanding of competitive trends, market trends, guest needs and feedback. Oversee revenue and business intelligence to ensure the right rate strategy is executed across all room products to maximize revenue. Prepare appropriate commercial reporting to ensure understanding of past performance as well as upcoming risks, opportunities, and strategies. Prepare the Commercial Plan as part of the overall hotel budget on an annual basis. Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders internally and externally. Attend monthly Owners meetings outlining top-line performance results and future activities to maximize revenue. Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of experience in senior sales/marketing management within the premium hotel or airline industry, with a proven track record of success in developing and driving sales & marketing strategies. Leadership, ownership, and entrepreneurial qualities. Strong communicator with the ability to relate to all stakeholders - team members, peers, senior management, and hotel investors. Outgoing and self-motivating individual with a pleasant personality. Decision-making skills. Analytical skills.
