We service and manage all major key customers nationally, including Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Metcash, KFC, Subway, and PDF.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity exists for a hands-on leader to join our Management team in operations as Production Assistant Supervisor - Night Shift.This leadership position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of shift operations, from ensuring efficient allocation of resources (our people, materials and equipment) through to reporting and achieving our production targets, all while driving safety and quality to the highest levels.Shift HoursSunday - Thursday - 11:00pm - 7:06amKey Responsibilities:Youll support the Production Manager to:Oversee operation of production lines to ensure optimum efficiencyPromote and coordinate first time quality on-timeAssist with addressing operational challenges and troubleshoot issues that arise during shiftCompletion of daily shift reports + assistance with rostering and timesheets as requiredEffectively communicate and support with shift handover to ensure the next shift is set up for successContribute to and promote a positive and motivated work environment to enhance team productivity and moraleLeading by example, ensure adherence to policies, procedures, values and behavioursEnsure strong cross functional relationships with wider teams, such as Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, People & CultureTo be considered for this position, youll have:Demonstrated understanding of FMCG production operations and processesA strong focus on safety, quality and productivity is criticalStrong leadership and motivational skills to guide and inspire the team to achieve goalsAbility to act decisively and solve or escalate issues identifiedUnderstanding of confidentiality and the need to be discreetHow to ApplyTo apply, please click the apply now button and follow the prompts.
