You will collaborate with departments such as Service, Inside the Home, Builders, and Lifestyles & Garden, reporting directly to your Operations and Complex Manager. Leading a team of 30-35 Team Members at our GI areas, you will ensure stock and inventory control are efficient and organized. This new role aims to develop strategies in our larger Bunnings Warehouses across Australia, ensuring products are delivered to the floor safely and efficiently, supporting our on-floor teams to provide the best customer experience. Your store will receive approximately 500 to 800 pallets weekly. You will work closely with store leaders and your team to understand GI processes, compliance, credits, and loss prevention, sharing your insights across the region. Additionally, you will drive service and operational excellence by training your team, monitoring stock levels, and analyzing data through our reporting systems. Your responsibilities include monitoring team satisfaction, safety, speed to shelf, and liaising with Merchandising, Store Leadership, H&S, and logistics partners. Whats Involved Recruiting, training, and developing new Trade Team Members Ensuring H&S standards across your department and store Providing feedback to improve customer and team experiences Understanding Goods Inwards processes for your warehouse area Youll need As a Coordinator, you should be highly driven with strong leadership and influencing skills. Experience leading teams with high-volume stock, sales, and specialist products is preferred. You should be capable of developing teams, influencing stakeholders, and understanding KPIs and customer expectations. A personal interest in DIY/Trade is a plus, but we will provide all necessary training and support.
