Working alongside Partners Mark Henry and Angela Barac and the wider team, this role will provide support to lawyers working on matters across state and commonwealth government in areas of administrative law, Royal Commissions, dispute resolution, procurement and tendering, governance, and statutory interpretation.In this role, you will be responsible for:Coordination of meetings and internal/external functionsOpening and closing of matters, including e-filing and physical archiving via Aderant Expert (billing) and iManage (document management) systemsTime entry and preparation of high-volume monthly billingCreating, drafting, editing, and formatting a range of legal correspondence and documentsReconciling expenses for authors on a monthly basisAll other general ad hoc administrative dutiesAbout youIdeally, you will have:Previous administrative experience in a professional services environmentCompetent technical ability using Microsoft Office suiteThe ability to produce accurate, high-quality work within set timeframesA strong attention to detailA personable, collaborative, and friendly dispositionMaddocks is a great place to do impactful work.
